Intern Program Overview Job Purpose We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program. Key Responsibilities Preparing and evaluating supplier quotes to support purchasing decisions Participating in sourcing decisions by analyzing supplier capabilities, costs, and risks Contributing to the development of sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity Collaborating with the Fluid Conveyance team and other supply chain functions to align supplier recommendations with product and business needs Supporting day-to-day activities that drive cost reduction and operational efficiency within the commodity group Support Fluid conveyance buyers with SSP implementation Experience Required Candidates must be pursing (at minimum) a post graduate degree in engineering, supply chain management or related Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency The annual salary for this role is USD $27.81 - $31.93 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
