Overview:
We are seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse, inventory, transportation, and shipping operations. This role ensures products and equipment are accurately handled, documented, and delivered to customers on schedule.
Job Duties:
Pick, pack, and assemble orders; perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Coordinate machine movements, unpacking/crating, demo equipment, and warehouse activities.

Schedule deliveries, coordinate with freight carriers, track shipments, and manage shipping documentation.

Reconcile incoming/outgoing shipments and resolve inventory or delivery discrepancies.

Assist with facility maintenance, organization, and warehouse safety.

Support additional operations projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.

Valid driver's license and forklift certification required.

Experience with warehouse, inventory, logistics, or transportation operations.

ERP/WMS experience preferred; Great Plains, Excel, FedEx/UPS software, and Power BI experience a plus.

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
