The Dispatching Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, compliance with regulations and efficient warehouse workflows. The position supports the daily warehouse operations with a focus on shipping, receiving, export documentation, hazardous material compliance, customer Value Added Services (VAS), and returns processing. Which tasks will you perform? Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Stage, label, and organize materials for storage or further processing.
Prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders.
Ensure proper documentation and labeling for compliance with international and hazardous material shipments.
Perform customer-specific value-added services, such as taking photos, labeling, kitting, or custom packaging.
Accurately follow customer instructions and document the completion of special service requirements.
Evaluate customer returns for stock eligibility, quality, and compliance with company policies.
Process approved returns into stock with accurate inventory adjustments.
Communicate discrepancies or non-eligible returns to customer service.
Track and maintain warehouse supply inventory (packaging, labels, shipping materials, etc.).
Place supply orders to ensure adequate stock for daily operations.
Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and overall warehouse organization.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. What do we expect from you? You will have (required): High School Diploma
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and stand/walk for extended periods
Ability to operate a forklift You may have (preferred): Associate's Degree or higher in a business / logistics-related field or a combination of education and business experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education, and experience
Knowledge of export shipping regulations and hazardous material shipping procedures
Exhibits a proactive and positive approach to embracing and promoting change, with an open and curious mindset towards new ideas and opportunities
