Greenwood, IN What You'll Do:

You'll be a key player as our Transportation Clerk; you will develop and analyze transportation and allied department statistical information.

In This Role You'll:

Performs administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry and report generation, to support the timely, accurate, and thorough maintenance of files, logs, and records and to support compliance with GSF, DOT, and other regulatory policies and procedures. Provides support and assistance to supervisors and drivers in the dispatch office to ensure high levels of productivity and smooth operations. Answer phone calls, assist drivers with route issues and update internal teams on delivery status. Monitor shipments in transit, review driver logs, and ensure DOT guidelines. Prepares and maintains daily paperwork for drivers and the warehouse, including driver DOT files, to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness. Extracts relevant driver data from the Samsara system to provide supervisors with the information required to counsel drivers. Prepares a variety of documents and reports for store deliveries to ensure accurate and timely customer service. Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary. Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:
  • 5 °F to 38 °F)
Shift:

Primarily a 4-day work week, Sunday

  • Wednesday or Wednesday
  • Saturday
  • starting at 10:30AM
  • 9PM Weekend and holiday availability required
Pay & Benefits:

Weekly pay (every Friday)

Pay Rate:
