Onsite Job Description:
We are seeking a Materials Coordinator to support warehouse and distribution operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and material handling activities while ensuring accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency. The materials coordinator will utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanners to process inventory transactions, monitor material movements, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records. Additional responsibilities include pallet building, box assembly, shipping documentation, inventory audits, and supporting cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, IT, and Quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with inventory control and warehouse systems, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization is highly preferred.
