Job Description
Overview Day to day logistics contact for supply chain partners (customers, suppliers, carriers..) Responsible for planning production & procurement on his/her perimeter Ensure availability of components and packaging for production. Duties 1. Analyse customer requirements 2. Ensure customer requirement integration in ERP system (From EDI, mails, customer portals) 3. Follow customer deliveries on time 4. Realise MPS planning and follow-up of production service rate, optimising stock and resources 5. Realise the supplier requirement planning, optimising stock and transport costs 6. Send requirements to suppliers and Follow pending receptions 7. Manage transport requirements with carriers 8. Realise regular analysis on logistics KPI, identify the root cause and build the actions plans to achieve the target 9. Participate to Stock counting activities and deviation analysis 10. Ensure all customers portal actions on his/her perimeter are done one time Skills Proficiency in English for clear communication across diverse teams and international partners. High school diploma required 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role Expertise in warehouse logistics management including inventory control systems.
