This position is responsible for preparing compliance and driver documentation, responding to customer requests, coordinating route changes, and helping ensure that orders are processed accurately for the following day. The Evening Logistics Coordinator serves as an important link between the logistics, warehouse, dispatch, and customer-service functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing detailed documentation, responding to changing priorities, and troubleshooting operational issues in a fast-paced environment. Compensation $25/HR Schedule Monday through Friday Shift begins at 2:00 p.m. and ends when all assigned duties are completed End times vary significantly depending on order volume and operational needs Employees must be available to work until completion, which could be anywhere from 10 PM to 2 AM, or later on peak business days Weekend availability may occasionally be required Availability on designated high-volume days surrounding industry and major holidays is required This position does not have a guaranteed daily end time. Candidates must have the flexibility and reliable transportation necessary to accommodate late and varying end times. Responsibilities Prepare and send required compliance documents to customers Prepare driver documentation, including route summaries and supporting paperwork Review route and order documents for accuracy and completeness Process customer requests, order changes, add-ons, and cancellations Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries Make route modifications based on operational and customer needs Assist the warehouse with placing, processing, staging, and verifying orders Help identify and correct missing, mislabeled, mismatched, or incorrectly orders Troubleshoot nightly logistics and warehouse issues Track open issues and ensure they are resolved or clearly communicated during departmental handoffs Perform nightly closing process and confirm that assigned work is complete before leaving Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and time-management abilities Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and the ability to work until nightly duties are completed Ability to work independently while communicating effectively across departments Comfortable working with detailed compliance, order, and route documentation Proficiency with Google Sheets Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, order processing, warehousing, transportation, or a similar operational environment is preferred Benefits Full-time employees may be eligible for: Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning on the 91st day of employment Paid sick leave/PTO eligibility in accordance with company policy Participation in the company's 401(k) program after one year of employment, including an employer matching contribution A successful
