Warehouse Logistics Associate Accelera - 3.5 Belmont, MI Job Details Full-time $19 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Moving High school diploma or GED Materials handling Material handling safety practices Full Job Description About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will serve as the backbone of our production floor by ensuring a seamless flow of inventory and raw materials. Your efforts directly impact our ability to meet production targets, as you will be responsible for staging supplies, managing stock accuracy, and operating heavy machinery to keep our operations running at peak efficiency. Responsibilities Execute the safe transport of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods using forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Optimize production workflows by ensuring the timely delivery and staging of essential supplies to various departments. Maintain high standards of inventory integrity by accurately labeling, tracking, and verifying material quantities. Operate specialized equipment, such as jogger/aerator machines, to prepare paper products for downstream processing. Uphold a culture of safety by conducting routine equipment inspections and maintaining an organized, hazard-free workspace. Support operational goals by loading and unloading shipments while adhering to strict quality control protocols. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational accuracy. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in warehouse logistics or industrial material handling. Current forklift certification or a strong willingness to complete provided training. Experience with inventory management systems or tracking software. Demonstrated reliability and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
