The Opportunity:

Tired of the relentless over-the-road grind or staring at the same warehouse walls all day? We are looking for a versatile Agile Logistics Operator to join our team. This isn't your standard driving gig. This is a unique, hybrid role perfectly suited for a casual driver who holds a CDL Class A license but loves the variety of mixing time behind the wheel with hands-on distribution work. You will split your time between driving our trucks for regional runs and jumping into the facility to manage inventory, pull parts, and prep outgoing freight. It's the perfect blend of driving independence and team-focused warehouse collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

On the

Road:

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for part-time, regional routes, ensuring our dealers and manufacturers receive their crucial components reliably and on time. In the

Warehouse:

Shift gears to help receive inventory, pick and pack hardware, operate material handling equipment, and stage the loading docks for outbound A-TECH deliveries.

Safety & Compliance:

Maintain accurate records, conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and seamlessly manage all DOT compliance and safety standards. Live the

Execute every task with urgency, support your teammates on the floor, and solve logistical problems creatively to guarantee a top-tier customer outcome.

What You Bring:

A valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving and safety record. A flexible mindset, ready to balance casual driving schedules with active, physical warehouse operations. Previous experience in a distribution center setting, pulling inventory, or operating forklifts preferred. An energetic, ownership-driven approach to work—you like seeing a process through from the warehouse rack to the customer's dock.
