In this role, you'll assist with customer orders, appointment scheduling, documentation, reporting, billing inquiries, and other administrative functions that support our customers and operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep a fast-paced team on track. What You'll Do Support Account Managers with customer orders, data entry, service records, and daily administrative needs Accurately enter and update customer orders in Magnum's system Communicate with shippers and receivers to schedule pickup and delivery appointments Maintain accurate customer files, service agreements, order records, and documentation Track customer activity, order updates, and communications to ensure information remains current Run reports on customer accounts, service metrics, and order status Compile data to help Account Managers monitor service levels, delivery timelines, and key performance metrics Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting materials for customer reviews and internal meetings Assist Account Managers and the Accounts Receivable team with customer billing inquiries Work closely with Account Management, Customer Service, and Dispatch to support efficient daily operations This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package available, including: Company Paid Life Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Health Insurance with HSA and FSA Options and Wellness Incentives Supplemental Insurance Voluntary Options (Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Accident/Hospital Confinement, Critical Illness/Cancer Insurance) We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting a fast-paced team.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting a dynamic team. Strong written communication skills for internal documentation and report preparation.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma/GED required.
