Blair, NE; remote or onsite, with onsite attendance required for the first two weeks of January Contract opportunity Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit and the referral bonus program Job Description A leading industrial technology organization is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to support inventory, production, supplier, and materials planning activities. You will execute supply plans, monitor inventory and supplier performance, and collaborate across sales, operations, and supply teams to maintain product availability. This contract position can be worked remotely or onsite in Blair, Nebraska, with required onsite attendance during the first two weeks of January. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and experience working with ERP or supply planning systems.
Responsibilities:
Execute supply plans to meet forecasted demand, inventory targets, and production requirements. Analyze inventory levels, safety stock, lead times, supplier performance, production schedules, and logistics timelines. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, suppliers, and global supply teams to identify constraints and resolve supply issues. Maintain accurate ERP and planning data, including new SKU creation, cycle counts, inventory records, and production schedules. Track supply chain KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives that improve inventory accuracy and planning efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of supply planning experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot charts, VLOOKUP, and experience working with large data sets. Strong analytical, mathematical, communication, presentation, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience with ERP or supply planning systems; exposure to MFG PRO/QAD, JDA, SAP, or similar systems preferred. Experience with Macola/SAP Crystal Reports, contract manufacturers, inventory control, S&OP, international freight/logistics, and supply chain cost concepts preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and AI tools preferred. Must be available to work onsite in Blair, NE, for the first two weeks of January.
