Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support inventory accuracy and material flow operations in South Carolina. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping stock records organized, reliable, and up to date. The person in this role will help maintain inventory control processes, support physical counts, and contribute to efficient coordination across inventory and production activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records across materials, parts, and other assets.
  • Perform routine inventory tracking activities to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and support timely resolution.
  • Assist with annual physical inventory efforts by preparing count documentation, verifying quantities, and updating records.
  • Support asset inventory management by organizing item data and helping ensure proper accountability of company-owned materials.
  • Coordinate with assembly line and operations personnel to help keep required inventory available for day-to-day production needs.
  • Review inventory information for completeness and accuracy, entering updates promptly within internal systems.
  • Help maintain orderly storage practices that improve traceability, reduce stock issues, and support efficient material handling.
