Kaye Personnel is seeking a Logistics Coordinator - Shipping and Packaging Specialist to join a Manufacturing company in Maple Shade, NJ.

Schedule :

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to

Friday Salary:

$41,600 per year ($20hr)

Requirements:

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in verifying shipments and maintaining inventory records Strong organizational skills to effectively manage incoming and outgoing shipments Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Receiving incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase order or invoices Will collaborate with office and shipping area personnel Inspecting and packaging products Prepare shipments via UPS and Fed-EX or other related tasks Inspect shipments for damages or defects; and, report any issues to the appropriate personnel Sort, label, and store items in the warehouse according to established protocols Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory and update records. Prepare shipping documents, including labels and packing slips Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized work environment Apply in person at our Cherry Hill Office between Mon.-Thurs. 8am-3pm & Fri. 8am-2pm.
