- Mancan Staffing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator
- to join a busy Shipping & Receiving Department in Minerva! This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in
- logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory, or data entry
- who enjoys staying organized and keeping operations moving smoothly. ### 🕐 Schedule
- Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- ⚠️ Occasional overtime, late hours, or weekend work may be required. ### ⭐ What You'll Do
- Coordinate product flow between departments
- Communicate with Production, Quality, and Sales teams
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Enter shipment and inventory information into computer systems
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Inspect products for quantity, quality, and specifications
- Operate powered pallet trucks/jacks
- Help resolve routine shipping and operational issues
- Assist with training and supporting team members ### ✅ What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience
- in logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory control
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- ERP system experience preferred
- Experience operating powered pallet trucks/jacks
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented ### 🎉
