About ARMA Gate Inc. ARMA Gate Inc. is a North American manufacturer of innovative gate and fence systems serving commercial, industrial, utility, and high-security applications. We are establishing operations in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and are looking for a hands-on, organized, and customer-focused Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to become an important part of our growing operation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and play a key role in supporting customers and warehouse operations. Position Summary The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping, receiving, and order-fulfillment activities of ARMA Gate Inc's Rock Hill facility. This is a hands-on operational role combining warehouse execution, inventory control, outbound and inbound logistics, freight coordination, light mechanical assembly, customer service, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation. Inspect incoming products and materials for quantity discrepancies, visible damage, and general quality issues. Maintain organized warehouse locations and ensure materials are properly identified and stored. Support accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, physical inventory verification, and inventory reconciliation. Prepare customer orders accurately according to order specifications, packaging requirements, and shipping deadlines. Maintain a clean, safe, efficient, and professional warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, material flow, storage utilization, and operational efficiency. Shipping, Receiving & Logistics Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with parcel carriers, LTL freight providers, suppliers, and customers. Prepare Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, shipping labels, and other required shipping documentation. Schedule freight pickups and deliveries and communicate shipment information to customers and internal teams. Obtain freight information and assist with selecting appropriate shipping methods based on delivery requirements, shipment dimensions, cost, and service level. Track shipments and proactively assist in resolving freight delays, damaged shipments, delivery exceptions, and other transportation issues. Verify orders before shipment to help ensure order accuracy, packaging integrity, and on-time dispatch. Maintain organized shipping and receiving records. Product Assembly & Quality Control Perform light mechanical assembly of aluminum gate components. Assemble products using hand and power tools. Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Follow assembly instructions and safety procedures. Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Assist customers with order inquiries and product information. Coordinate with the head office regarding orders and inventory. Build positive relationships with dealers, contractors, and distributors. Administrative Support Process shipping documentation. Update inventory and order information in company software. Assist with general office and operational tasks as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping/receiving, distribution, manufacturing, or a related operational environment. Experience preparing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Comfortable working with computers, email, Microsoft Office, and business software. Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operational responsibilities. Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL freight). Experience operating forklifts (certification is a plus). Mechanical aptitude or assembly experience. Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
