The Opportunity We are seeking a Client Services / Logistics Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for handling all Customer inquiries/requests for new jobs. This is a
FULL-TIME
Monday-Friday position. What You'll Be Doing Handle inbound customer requests and provide high-quality customer service. Identify, evaluate and solve customer problems. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Go the extra mile to engage customers. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow up to ensure resolution. Be the main point of contact for all logistics needs such as quoting, booking and handling all issues that may arise. Able to be proactive in all aspects of the position. Able to coordinate internal teams and keep everyone updated in a timely manner. Other tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Required Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Proficient with Microsoft products including but not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school degree required. College a plus. Ready to Apply?
