Qualifications Korean and English bilingual Basic knowledge of accounting or administrative procedures preferred Proficient in Excel Ability to handle invoices, documents, and data accurately Korean and English bilingual preferred Previous warehouse, accounting, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required Job Duties Process and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner Update and monitor shipment status Organize and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) documents Assist with month-end closing Handle daily AP/AR activities Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation Provide general operational and administrative support as needed
