With a dynamic and growing team, Translarity remains dedicated to addressing the ever-evolving needs of semiconductor manufacturers worldwide. Position Summary The Materials & Logistics Coordinator manages the flow of parts, kits, and shipments through the Hutto operation and maintains an accurate picture of where every open job physically sits on the production floor. The role combines kitting and materials handling with shipping, receiving, outsourced-part expediting, and production status tracking. It works in close daily coordination with Production Control, Production Planning, and Purchasing, who depend on this position for an accurate account of what is on hand, what is in process, and what is late. Translarity builds low volume, high mix. Nearly every card is made to order for a specific customer and a specific device, with its own bill of material and its own path through the shop, and nothing is built to stock — so there is no spare inventory on a shelf to cover a mistake. A part missed in the machine shop, a job that sits in inspection without anyone noticing, or a kit that reaches the bench one item short does not stay a problem in that department. Assembly goes idle, a ship date moves, and the recovery work pushes into the jobs behind it. Keeping an accurate account of where material actually is, every day, is what keeps a small miss in one area from becoming a large problem somewhere else. Translarity is implementing a new ERP system. Until it is fully live, part of this role is maintaining production status manually against the schedule. As the system comes online, that manual tracking is replaced by cycle counting, inventory accuracy, receiving reconciliation, and item and routing data maintenance. This is an entry-level role that grows into ownership of materials and inventory control for the site; it is not a temporary assignment. Key Responsibilities Pull, verify, and stage kits for each job released to assembly, confirming completeness against the bill of material before the build starts. Identify and escalate material shortages at kit staging, early enough for production planning to react. Coordinate shipping and receiving of probe cards, components, and supplies, verifying items against purchase orders and specifications. Prepare packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation to ensure safe, compliant transit of delicate probe cards. Process customer returns and RMAs and coordinate their intake, inspection, and disposition. Coordinate material transfers between Translarity sites. Work daily with Production Control and Production Planning to keep job status, kit readiness, and material availability current, and support their scheduling and release decisions with accurate information. Track outsourced machine shop parts with

what is out, with which vendor, when it was promised, and when it was received; follow up on late deliveries and flag slips that will affect the build schedule. Walk the production floor daily to verify the physical location and status of open jobs across the machine shop, inspection, wash, and kitting, and update the production schedule to match. Reconcile system status against physical status and report discrepancies to Production Control, Production Planning, and Engineering. Maintain inventory accuracy, organized storage, and material traceability from receipt through shipment. Support cycle counting, receiving reconciliation, and item and routing data maintenance as the ERP system is brought online. Follow Translarity work instructions, quality procedures, and documentation standards, along with ESD and safety procedures. Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation and record-keeping discipline. Part numbers matter here, and a transposed digit is expensive. Willingness to spend most of the day on your feet in a shop environment. This is not a desk position. Comfort approaching machinists, inspectors, and engineers to determine the status of a job, and following up when the answer is unclear. Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities against a schedule. Basic computer and spreadsheet skills; willingness to learn ERP and production scheduling systems. Ability to handle small, delicate, high-value components carefully. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior manufacturing experience required; training will be provided. Prior experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, kitting, or materials handling is desirable. Semiconductor, electronics, or precision manufacturing exposure a plus. Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems a plus.
