As a customer service representative, you have the opportunity to build rapport and create a memorable experience for our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing relationships with each customer through professional communication and consistent follow-up to ensure their satisfaction Receiving and promptly entering filter orders received via fax, phone, and email Answering and routing a multiline phone system When you work at Filtration Concepts, become part of a loyal and close-knit team dedicated to providing legendary customer service.

Qualifications:

Professional communication and grammar Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook Accurate order entry and attention to detail Ability to learn new computer programs, creatively problem solve, multitask, and investigate Customer service experience in an office environment

Preferred Experience:
