RESPONSIBILITIES

Genuine, We Not I, All In Coordinate rental equipment and material transfers to and from job sites Manage procurement and expediting materials and equipment Support Equipment Manager in daily operations Oversee equipment telematics systems and maintenance tracking platforms Organize and manage Yard Support employee delivery schedules each morning Coordinate equipment and material deliveries for maximum efficiency Maximize equipment move logistics to reduce downtime and re-mobilization costs Ensure a high level of internal customer service is consistently provided

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field or equivalent technical background General knowledge of construction principles, practices, and equipment Experience with construction planning and logistics Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Strong decision-making and planning abilities Prior construction internship or related work experience preferred Ability to travel throughout the Southwest region as needed Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork Must have excellent computer skills and be able to demonstrate proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Proactive and resourceful attitude Customer-focused mindset Familiarity with telematics and maintenance tracking tools Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams MBCSkill McCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
