Job Description

Our client, a cutting-edge autonomous vehicle and mobility technology company, is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst to join their team. As a Fleet Support Analyst, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting Fleet Support Engineering, Vehicle Operations, and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

$46.22/hour What's the Job? Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time fleet issue escalations and operational support. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and autonomous vehicle system issues using telemetry and diagnostic data. Escalate unresolved technical concerns to engineering and higher-level support teams to ensure timely resolution. Document troubleshooting activities, findings, and resolutions within Jira to support continuous improvement efforts. Analyze historical fleet data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for preventive action. What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience, preferably in the automotive, transportation, or related industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience interpreting data and using insights to identify operational issues and trends. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high safety and quality standards. What's in it for me?
