Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Materials Management Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing company in Azusa. This position will provide administrative support to the Materials Management department, with a primary focus on data entry and maintaining a manual shipping report. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with Excel and large amounts of data.

Location:

City of Industry, CA Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30

PM Pay:

$23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Maintain and update manual shipping reports Perform accurate, high-volume data entry Enter and organize information in Excel and company business systems Review data for accuracy and completeness Provide general administrative support to the Materials Management team Maintain organized records and documentation Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Advanced Excel skills, including strong administrative-level Excel abilities Previous data entry and administrative experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently with large amounts of information Familiarity with business systems or ERP systems preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Manufacturing or Materials Management experience is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines About Specialized Recruiting Group Specialized Recruiting Group provides a personalized approach to professional placement, connecting talented candidates with companies where they can thrive.
