Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst/Consultant with strong hands-on Toolio experience to support retail planning and business process initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional consulting, business analysis, requirements management, and retail planning, along with industry experience in Retail, Apparel, and Fashion. Candidates must have hands-on Toolio experience and be able to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand retail planning and business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Leverage hands-on Toolio experience to support business processes and functional solutions.
• Analyze and support retail planning, merchandising, inventory, and related business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Identify process gaps and recommend functional improvements.
• Support requirements validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and production support activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and communicate functional requirements and solution recommendations effectively.
• Provide functional guidance and ensure solutions align with business objectives and retail industry practices. Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience working with Toolio is required.
• Strong experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong understanding of retail planning and related business processes.
• Experience with merchandising and inventory-related processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Retail industry experience is required.
• Apparel and Fashion industry experience is strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with assortment planning, demand planning, inventory planning, or related retail planning processes.
• Strong understanding of Apparel and Fashion industry business processes.
• Experience supporting retail planning technology implementations or transformations.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
