In this role, you will work alongside the Operations and Supply Management teams to oversee production material availability, ensuring direct material is scheduled and delivered on time to work centers. You will work primarily in SAP MRP, scheduling, coordinating, and controlling inventory while analyzing data to improve material flow and operational efficiency. This is a long-term contract opportunity in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Monitor and oversee material availability to guarantee timely delivery to production work centers Schedule, coordinate, and control inventory using SAP or equivalent MRP systems Analyze data to identify improvements in material flow and support operational efficiency Serve as a functional team member with Operations and Supply Management, delivering strong internal customer service Respond proactively to changing manufacturing and supply demands with a high level of flexibility Requirements Previous supply management or operations experience Good understanding of manufacturing demands, supply, and logistics flow Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with SAP or equivalent MRP systems is a plus Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and drive process improvement Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindset Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and equipment Military experience highly preferred Must be available for 3rd shift, 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work #GRPB Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
