Position Overview The Synchronization Planning Co-Op plays a vital role within the Synchronization Planning Team supporting End-to-End (E2E) supply and demand synchronization processes. This position is designed for a university student to work throughout the academic year and summer. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics, data engineering, and automation tools to optimize planning solutions, enhance organizational visibility, and streamline workflows. You will work directly with the various planning teams on E2E planning process improvements, automated presentation building, master data governance, and predictive analytics projects.
Key Responsibilities Automation & Optimization:
Build, automate, and maintain planning workflows and optimization solutions using Google Apps Script, SQL queries in Snowflake, and Python.
Analytics & Visualization:
Design, build, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards in Sigma and DOMO to track key E2E planning metrics and trends.
AI Solutions & Workflows:
Explore and implement AI assistants and custom automation solutions utilizing Google Workspace tools to streamline daily planning operational tasks. E2
E Planning Projects:
Partner directly with the manager to lead and execute process improvement projects, including fill rate root cause analysis, fill rate projections, inventory projections, and ad-hoc E2E initiatives.
Meeting & Presentation Automation:
Prepare content and automate slide generation for ongoing synchronization meetings to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Master Data Governance:
Perform scheduled (monthly/quarterly) master data audit checks, identify discrepancies, and recommend data quality corrections in core systems such as SAP and Kinaxis.
Documentation & Standards:
Help organize, update, and standardize End-to-End process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Global Supply Chain, CS&L, Logistics, Finance, and regional teams to drive overall supply chain agility and performance. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Ability to commit to a year-round Co-Op schedule Intermediate to advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries. Foundational experience or strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation/optimization and Google Apps Script for task automation. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in team settings. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards in Sigma, DOMO, or similar BI tools. Hands-on experience with Google Suite automation, Google Cloud Platform, or Google Workspace AI tools. Familiarity with Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, or
SAP S/4HANA
systems. Passion for continuous process improvement, problem-solving, and data governance. Travel Requirements Up to 10% Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $
  • $ USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
