ACCOUNT ANALYST IN FRANKLIN, KY

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Logistics Account Analyst to join our client in Franklin, KY. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the logistics accounting and billing. Pay, Schedule and Location Starting at $57,500/year, paid weekly Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Full Time Schedule, Overtime Availability Located in Franklin, KY Duties and Responsibilities Complete billing verification Complete Weekly KPI Reports Complete Month End Reports and Accruals Verify carrier rates in TruckMate Verify the 3-way matching of carrier invoices Give guidance and supervision to Billing Specialists Set invoices up for approval and payment Reconciliation of payments Monitor and reconcile Carrier Aging Statements Resolve invoice discrepancies Resolve billing issues with carriers Support budget and forecasting activities Review agency staffing invoices Consults with Accounting Manager, Dispatch Manager, Supervisor, and Clerks Oversees billing specialists Requirements and Qualifications Required to have two to four years of work experience Six months experience with TruckMate is required Required to have six months experience with SAP Good organizational skills Strong computer skills required; excellent with SAP, Excel, and MS Office. Must be able to interact with all levels of Management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong skills in written and verbal communication Strong sense of teamwork Lifting up to 10lbs Sitting at a computer for long periods of time Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures Climbing stairs/walking Able to adhere to strict deadlines -- (Salary range based on experience) -- ABOUT
