This position plays a critical role in managing, coordinating, and administering contractual agreements and relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, as well as determining the suitability of materials for use with alternative contracts. This is a great opportunity for someone with government contracting experience who has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a technical environment.
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

$30.00/hour
Location:
Warren, MA Job Duties:
  • Manage and maintain contracts and prepare detailed instructions for requirement flow downs
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract reviews are completed accurately and on time
  • Review and edit contract-related technical and procurement documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to technical specifications
  • Review material specifications and certifications to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts meet technical requirements and objectives
  • Provide guidance, training, and direction to Operations Management and Account Managers on contractual transfer issues
  • Identify problems and opportunities for improvement and make appropriate process recommendations
  • Support the review of SUBSAFE, Q3, X3, and Level 1 parts orders
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams
  • Follow all applicable government contracting and company requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related technical experience in government contracting
  • Working knowledge of applicable FAR and DFARS regulations
  • Familiarity with technical requirements and specifications associated with Navy customer contracts
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing of engineered products, such as IFS or Central Apps
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and business law principles
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Must be a U.S. citizen to meet U.S. Defense requirements

Pay Details:
