We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Product Analyst to support the management and profitability of a portfolio of specialty chemical products. This role partners closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Business Management, Technical Services, Quality, and Operations teams to drive product performance, improve business processes, and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with commercial and operational business acumen, enabling data-driven decision making across product lifecycle management, forecasting, pricing, inventory planning, and market development. Key Responsibilities
Support product portfolio management and profitability initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts, pricing projections, and business performance analyses.
Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning activities.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for commercial and leadership teams.
Analyze product costs, profitability drivers, and business performance trends.
Coordinate and improve customer and product information management across multiple business systems, including SharePoint Online and Dynamics 365.
Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to support new product introductions and market development efforts.
Participate in inventory reviews and stock optimization activities.
Conduct competitive market, supplier, and industry analyses.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of business processes.
Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain consistency between forecasting, inventory, and ERP data.
Participate in operations, production planning, and cross-functional project meetings.
Support product development activities and technical service prioritization.
Assist with regulatory compliance-related activities as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, commercial operations, supply chain, chemical manufacturing, or a related industry.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and global teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence/reporting tools.
Experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, or similar enterprise platforms preferred. Preferred Experience

Flexibility to participate in occasional meetings outside normal business hours to support global operations.
Limited domestic and international travel may be required.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$85,000 - $95,000 annually Compensation is based on experience, skills, education, and overall qualifications.
