Help Lead the Growth of Underground Gas Utility Construction in Georgia A rapidly growing underground utility contractor is seeking an experienced Utility Manager Qualifier to serve as the qualifying individual for its Georgia operations. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who understands underground gas utility construction and wants to play a key role in supporting the company's continued expansion throughout the state. As the Utility Manager Qualifier, you'll provide oversight for underground gas utility projects, ensure compliance with Georgia licensing requirements, support project teams, and help maintain the high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence the company is known for. Responsibilities Serve as the company's designated Georgia Utility Manager Qualifier. Provide oversight for underground gas utility construction operations. Ensure compliance with Georgia Utility Contractor licensing requirements. Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership throughout project execution. Promote a culture of safety and quality across all projects. Review construction practices to ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards. Assist with project planning, operational strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a technical resource for underground gas utility construction. Qualifications Current Georgia Utility Manager Certificate (required). Extensive experience in underground gas utility construction. Thorough knowledge of Georgia utility construction regulations and licensing requirements. Leadership experience overseeing underground utility operations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with field and office personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
