Type:

full-time Sitework Superintendent | Heavy Civil Construction Metric is partnered with a leading General Contractor in Massachusetts looking to bring on an experienced Sitework Superintendent to oversee major civil/site development projects. What you'll be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day site operations
Leading crews, subcontractors & equipment
Earthwork, excavation & grading
Underground utilities, drainage & stormwater
Reviewing plans, schedules & project specifications
Maintaining production, quality & safety standards
Coordinating with Project Managers and field leadership What we're looking for:
5+ years of Sitework/Civil Construction experience
Previous Superintendent or strong General Foreman experience
Strong background in earthwork, grading & underground utilities
Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
Strong communication and leadership skills
