Type:
full-time Sitework Superintendent | Heavy Civil Construction Metric is partnered with a leading General Contractor in Massachusetts looking to bring on an experienced Sitework Superintendent to oversee major civil/site development projects. What you'll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Leading crews, subcontractors & equipment
- Earthwork, excavation & grading
- Underground utilities, drainage & stormwater
- Reviewing plans, schedules & project specifications
- Maintaining production, quality & safety standards
- Coordinating with Project Managers and field leadership What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of Sitework/Civil Construction experience
- Previous Superintendent or strong General Foreman experience
- Strong background in earthwork, grading & underground utilities
- Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
