Acquisitions Partner (Commission + Equity) About the

Role:

We are seeking a licensed, experienced real estate professional to originate, negotiate, and close off-market Industrial, Commercial, Retail, & Multi Family acquisitions. This is not an entry-level sales role — it's a partnership-style opportunity to build a track record of closed deals while earning direct equity participation alongside commission.

Responsibilities:

Originate acquisition targets through direct outreach to property owners

• Evaluate title, lien, and debt positions to identify actionable opportunities
• Structure and negotiate terms directly with sellers Manage each transaction from first contact through close

Compensation:

Qualifications:

Active real estate salesperson license required

• Demonstrated transaction and negotiation experience
