Job Description
CohenTaylor Executive Search Services is conducting a search on behalf of the Tozer Foundation for its inaugural Executive Director. This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead a family-founded philanthropic organization that provides scholarships to students across Chisago, Kanabec, Pine, and Washington counties in Minnesota and is exploring new ways to deepen its community impact. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic and operational leadership, strengthen programs and partnerships, oversee finances and administration, and help shape the Tozer Foundation's future direction. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial leader with programmatic leadership experience within a mission-driven organization, foundation, for-profit, or nonprofit . Familiarity with the St. Croix Valley on Minnesota is preferred.
