Through retreat teams, discipleship teams, and YDisciple, NET serves youth, parishes, schools, and dioceses across the country. Lead strategic planning and organizational growth initiatives. Direct overall operations, financial stewardship, and organizational performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with bishops, clergy, donors, ministry partners, and diocesan leaders. Partner with the Board of Directors on governance and organizational strategy. Lead, develop, and support the senior leadership team. Advance fundraising efforts and cultivate major donor relationships. Demonstrated executive leadership experience in a Catholic ministry, nonprofit, or comparable organization. Strong strategic planning, organizational leadership, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and public speaking abilities. Experience working with boards of directors. Advanced degree in business, nonprofit leadership, theology, or a related field. Familiarity with Catholic youth ministry and missionary formation.
