Executive Director Children's Rights Collaborative of NW Ohio Toledo, OH Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Interpersonal skills Volunteer management High school diploma or GED Fundraising Organizational skills Full Job Description Mission Statement CRC is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), incorporated organization that assists courts, children, and parents in strengthening and maintaining children's relationships with parents and other significant persons. CRC provides, per court order, a safe location for the exchange of children for parenting time and a safe visitation location for supervised and/or monitored visits between children and their noncustodial parent or other persons. CRC believes both parents need to play a significant parenting role in their children's lives and, due to the 15-minute rule, children can exchanged safely without parental interaction. General Responsibilities Work with the Board of Directors to fulfill the organization's mission Attend weekly client visitations Wednesday, Friday, Sunday hours Additional hours completed as necessary and at own discretion Manage and supervise 3 part-time staff Work with bookkeeper to maintain budget and finances Volunteer recruitment Work with and train current and new volunteers Maintain confidential files Interact with clients, staff, legal and business professionals Oversee all operations Serving as general spokesperson to the public
Qualifications :
Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written communication skills Strong public speaking ability to small groups Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite QuickBooks preferred but on-the-job training will be given as needed Familiarity with non-profit operations Familiarity with fundraising techniques Strong Leadership and Organizational skills Self-motivated Compassionate yet firm Dedicated to the CRC mission High school diploma
