The role will involve:

Executing live M&A and strategic transactions Building and reviewing financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses Preparing client presentations, marketing materials, and other deal documentation Supporting due diligence and transaction execution Working closely with senior bankers, clients, and management teams Taking on significant responsibility within a lean, fast-paced deal team They are looking for someone with strong Investment Banking experience, excellent financial modeling and valuation skills, and a genuine interest in the Consumer sector (no prior sector experience needed) . Candidates should be comfortable operating in a demanding, high-performance environment and be ready to take on increased responsibility.
