sam@esaitech.com Operations Research Analyst We are seeking a highly analytical Operations Research Analyst to apply mathematical modeling and data-driven methods to improve efficiency across our growing e-commerce and B2B operations. Key Responsibilities Apply mathematical principles and modeling techniques to optimize business processes Define data requirements and validate data using statistical methods Specify computational methods for model development Collaborate with senior management to identify business problems Develop and test models; revise as needed Create time and cost network models for project planning Build simulation and mathematical models with variables and constraints Improve business systems (accounting, logistics, production scheduling) Design experimental models when data is limited Analyze alternatives to determine best outcomes Prepare reports with insights and recommendations Break down complex systems into measurable components Observe operations and identify improvement opportunities Translate management input into operational solutions Work cross-functionally to implement solutions Minimum Education / Experience Master's degree in Mathematics or Educational Technology Knowledge of UML required Strong skills in:- Complex problem solving
