About the Role We're hiring an Operations Analyst to connect our Dade City, FL production facility with our headquarters in Milton, NY, where our accounting, HR, and purchasing teams sit. This role is heavy on reporting. You'll gather data from the production and warehouse floor, check it, and turn it into accurate, on-time reports on payroll, production, yield, inventory, and raw materials. This role suits someone who's eager to learn, likes projects, and enjoys collaborating and building upon data. What You'll Do Be the day-to-day contact between the Dade City plant and HQ's accounting, HR, and purchasing teams Check employee time punches each pay period, work with supervisors to fix exceptions, and send clean time data to HR at HQ Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly production and yield reports, and flag losses, downtime, or anything that looks off Track raw material and packaging usage and on-hand levels, and give HQ purchasing accurate data for reorders, receiving, and vendor follow-up Support and participate in cycle counts and period-end inventories, and investigate variances between physical counts and system records Build and maintain reports and trackers on inventory, production, labor, and materials, and find trends and ways to improve Help with company projects, including our ERP implementation: data validation, testing, and training floor user. What You Bring Advanced Excel skills (required): pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, conditional and nested formulas, and cleaning up and reconciling large data sets Reporting experience: you've built and maintained recurring reports, pulled data from more than one source, and explained results clearly to non-technical audiences Accuracy and organization: you catch errors others miss and can meet recurring deadlines like payroll and month-end while handling urgent requests
Communication:
you work well with floor staff, supervisors, and remote teams Comfort on the floor: you're willing to spend regular time in the production and warehouse areas. I deal Experience 1-2 years of work, internship, or co-op experience in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, purchasing, or accounting Experience with an ERP system (e.g., Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, Acumatica) or a timekeeping/payroll system Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, or similar tools Knowledge of inventory control, such as cycle counting, variance reconciliation, and bill of materials/yield Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Accounting, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Work Environment This is a production and warehouse setting. The role involves standing and walking for long the floor to collect data and wearing PPE as required.
