Continuous Improvement Manager Our client needs a Continuous Improvement Manager for their team! This full-time, direct-hire role will lead all activities within the assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives. Responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Manager Serve as the operational leader for the assigned value stream Manage resource allocation, staffing, capacity, and production priorities to meet customer requirements Ensure execution of the production plan and adherence to operational schedules Address production constraints and implement solutions that improve performance and workflow Lead, develop, and coach supervisors and frontline teams Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and operational excellence initiatives Use performance metrics and operational data to identify opportunities and eliminate waste Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other functions to improve value stream results Qualifications of the Continuous Improvement Manager Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment Demonstrated success leading supervisors, improving operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills We look forward to connecting with you about this Continuous Improvement Manager opportunity!
