In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all production areas. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, implement innovative solutions, and ensure that manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing practices and contribute to the company's growth by leveraging your engineering knowledge and leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements using methodologies such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Develop and implement project schedules for continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely completion and measurable results. Utilize project management experience in manufacturing environments to oversee process improvement projects from conception through execution. Analyze manufacturing data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements aligned with Lean management principles. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching team members on 5S, Lean practices, Six Sigma techniques, and industrial engineering best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Skilled in project scheduling, root cause analysis techniques, engineering troubleshooting, and process improvement methodologies like Lean management and Six Sigma manufacturing. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills for interpreting manufacturing data to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in team settings with the ability to motivate others toward shared goals in a manufacturing setting involving assembly lines or fabrication processes.
