What we're looking for: 7+ years of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or Continuous Improvement experience Strong hands-on Lean/Continuous Improvement background Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, standard work, visual management, 5S, root-cause problem solving, flow, pull, and waste elimination Demonstrated success improving cost, productivity, lead time, inventory, quality, and/or delivery Experience in high-mix, low-volume, engineered-product, capital-equipment, or project-based manufacturing Ability to assess an operation, identify priorities, and develop a practical improvement roadmap Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence teams without direct authority Experience working across manufacturing and supply chain; sourcing/procurement exposure is highly desirable Ability to communicate effectively from the shop floor through senior leadership Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus, but demonstrated application and results matter more than certification This role has no direct reports , but will have significant visibility and influence across the organization.
