What We Offer A highly visible role with direct access to company leadership The opportunity to improve systems and build processes that influence the entire organization A collaborative environment where new ideas and continuous improvement are encouraged Career growth within a growing organization The opportunity to contribute to the future of electric mobility Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis What You Need Five or more years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP systems, business process improvement, or a related area Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience Experience translating business needs into ERP functional requirements Strong SQL and relational database knowledge Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or a similar platform Experience evaluating workflows and identifying process improvements Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to lead cross-functional projects involving both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Ability to work onsite in Aiken, South Carolina Manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or operational systems experience is preferred Experience with Odoo or another comparable ERP system is preferred Knowledge of Python, HTML, or REST APIs is a plus What Your Role Will Look Like Lead cross-functional process-discovery sessions to document and evaluate current workflows Partner with departments across the organization to understand operational challenges and system needs Design and implement future-state processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility Translate business needs into clear ERP requirements Lead system and process-improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation Create workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and supporting process documentation Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools Analyze business and operational data using SQL and relational databases Support ERP users and help resolve system, process, and data-related issues Mentor junior analysts and help strengthen systems knowledge throughout the organization
