Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages deposit operations and operations support staff. Acts as a resource for all operations and branch personnel on issues or questions pertaining to policies, procedures, compliance, and information systems. Responsible for monthly call center report preparation. Responsible for the creation of reports pertaining to debit card loss, call center and other various reports upon request. Generates reports from Jack Henry for retention. Track and coordinate debit card inventory and reordering. Resolves Reg E disputes, customer refunds and reporting. Conducts daily review of operations DDA account reconciliations. Completes monthly IOLTA reporting to the state. Manages cash management services. Processes legal research request, levies, freezes, etc. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of bank experience is required with an emphasis in bank operations. Skills Proficient in Jack Henry software, Silverlake browser, and FedLine. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner and quickly assess and prioritize. Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to coordinate with employees in multiple departments. This position requires the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Must be able to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with both internal and external customers as effective gathering and exchanging complex information is required. Previous management experience is highly preferred. Certifications None Work Environment Must be able to work under pressure and exhibit good judgment in making decisions pertaining to the overall health of the Bank and its employees. Position requires extended periods of sitting and computer use. In addition, travel between branches and to customers and events is required.
