Job Description

Elite Miller Express LLC is expanding its specialty landscaping and outdoor property-improvement services. We are seeking a knowledgeable, organized, and customer-focused professional who can help develop accurate estimates, prepare complete project plans, coordinate approved contractors and vendors, and oversee work through successful completion. This role is designed for someone who understands both the field and the customer experience. The right contractor will be able to assess a property, turn the customer's goals into a detailed project package, protect project profitability, and represent the Elite Miller Express standard with professionalism.

Accurate, photo-supported estimates delivered promptly Projects planned before materials, labor, or contractors are committed Customers kept informed from consultation through completion Approved projects completed safely, professionally, and profitably Clear documentation, receipts, progress updates, and final photos
ROLE SCOPE A
hands-on leadership opportunity covering estimating, planning, coordination, project oversight, and customer communication. Customer consultations and estimates Visit customer properties to inspect, photograph, and measure project areas. Clarify the customer's goals, priorities, budget, and desired outcome. Prepare detailed estimates with scope, labor, materials, equipment, hauling, disposal, delivery, contractor costs, exclusions, and optional services. Attach relevant pictures, measurements, notes, and supporting documentation. Send approved estimate packages and follow up professionally. Project planning and materials Develop a written project plan before work begins. Create accurate supply and material lists and research availability and pricing. Submit material requests, projected costs, and vendor selections for owner approval. Confirm deposits and approvals before ordering or committing company funds. Coordinate approved delivery, pickup, staging, and project readiness. Project and contractor oversight Coordinate scheduling and execution with the Lead Technician and approved field team. Source or recommend qualified contractors when specialized work or additional capacity is needed. Collect contractor pricing, credentials, availability, and insurance information for approval. Monitor scope, quality, timing, safety, materials, and jobsite condition. Complete progress updates, final walkthroughs, after photos, and completion documentation.
Estimated pay:
$15,000-$40,000 per year Job type: Part-time, Contract Supplemental pay: Commission pay
Compensation:
Estimated annual earning opportunity of $15,000-$40,000 based on project volume, collected revenue, experience, and performance. This is a part-time independent-contractor position. The selected candidate will begin with a 30-day paid training and evaluation period at $15 per hour for up to 20 approved hours per week. After successful completion of training, compensation will transition to a 5%-10% commission structure on eligible customer payments collected from approved landscaping projects. This estimated annual range is not a guaranteed salary.

Commission tiers: 5%: Company-provided lead that they estimate, close, and manage 8%: Lead they personally generate, estimate, close, and manage 10%: Advanced tier earned through strong sales, profitability, project quality, documentation, and customer satisfaction
Paid Training:
$15 per hour for the first 30 days, up to 20 approved hours per week.
After Training:
5%-10% commission on eligible collected project revenue.
Pay:
$15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
