We're looking for an Administrative & Operations Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and excited to become an integral part of a growing nonprofit organization. This is much more than an office job—it's an opportunity to help create life-changing experiences for the children, families, volunteers, and horses we serve. Working closely with the Executive Director, you'll help keep our office, volunteers, and day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting special projects, fundraising events, and organizational growth.
What You'll Do:
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, text messages, and mail. Assist the Executive Director with projects, research, scheduling, and organizational priorities. Handle confidential client and organizational information with professionalism and discretion. Process billing, bookkeeping, and donor records. Assist with donor acknowledgments and other administrative support related to fundraising. Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers. Assist in managing social media. Help plan and coordinate fundraising events, volunteer activities, and community outreach. Pitch in wherever needed—because no two days at Manes and Miracles are ever exactly the same! We're Looking for Someone Who... Has exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Is a proactive problem solver who takes initiative. Communicates professionally and warmly, both verbally and in writing. Enjoys helping people and building relationships. Learns new systems quickly and embraces continuous improvement. Is proficient with computers, spreadsheets, and office software.
