Full-Time Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS) is seeking a highly driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service locations, manage a team of Operations Managers, and ensure top-tier shop performance. This leadership role focuses on driving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with both TRS and customer requirements. ✈️ Extensive travel required to visit shop locations, conduct audits, mentor managers and support operations.
