Corona, CA Job Details Full-time $54,000.00 - $62,645.93 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications English E-commerce Freight forwarding logistics Schedule management Shipping documentation Full Job Description About the Role Skincare Junkie is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations & Account Coordinator to support our growing business. This role is responsible for managing order logistics across mass retail, DTC, and e-commerce channels, following up with teams in both the U.S. and China, and ensuring projects, shipments, and client accounts stay on track. The position will also provide administrative support for the brand's day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Manage client orders from purchase order through final delivery. Follow up with U.S. clients regarding orders, timelines, inventory, and shipping updates. Coordinate with our China sourcing and procurement team to ensure production and shipments stay on schedule. Track purchase orders, inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules. Proactively follow up with internal and external teams to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved promptly. Prepare and maintain order records, spreadsheets, and operational reports. Assist with vendor management, documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Support the leadership team with daily operational and brand-related projects as needed. Operate and manage EDI workflows for mass retail accounts, including purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, and related shipping documentation. Manage order processing and fulfillment coordination across Target, Nordstrom, and other mass retail accounts. Manage and coordinate DTC and e-commerce orders across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon, including order flow, inventory, fulfillment, and issue resolution. Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken). Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in logistics, supply chain, account management, or operations is preferred. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred. Experience working with mass retailers such as Target, Walmart, Nordstrom, and Costco is preferred. Hands-on experience with EDI systems and retailer EDI requirements is strongly preferred. Experience managing e-commerce and DTC channels such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with overseas manufacturers or suppliers is a plus.
