Job Overview The Venue Manager supports the General Manager with day-to-day venue coordination, on-site phone calls, and event calendar bookings. This role suits an organized, professional communicator who can help keep event scheduling and venue operations running smoothly.

Clear communication and accurate calendar coordination help the General Manager and event organizers stay aligned. Responsibilities Report to and communicate regularly with the General Manager. Answer incoming phone calls at the venue. Book event dates in the venue calendar. Keep event scheduling information clear and organized. Coordinate scheduling updates with the General Manager. Support day-to-day venue operations as needed. Requirements Strong verbal communication and professional phone manner. Organized approach to calendars and scheduling details. Ability to communicate clearly with management and callers. Reliable follow-through on booking and coordination tasks. Professional, courteous approach to venue interactions. On site 9am-5pm (Monday - Friday) with 1 hour lunch.

Pay:

$3,000.00 per month
