Job Summary Saint Bella, a luxury postpartum care brand opening its first U.S. location, is seeking an Operations Lead to help build U.S. operations from the ground up. You'll adapt the brand's established care, service, and quality standards to the U.S. market and lead the team responsible for delivering them. Responsibilities Build U.S. operations from scratch (core focus)
- Adapt our care, service and quality-control standards to U.S. healthcare regulations, labor law and local expectations, and implement them into daily operations.
- Set up the operating framework and workflow for our care center: guest flow, care staffing and scheduling models, supply usage standards, emergency response procedures and service quality audits.
- Define and track key metrics such as occupancy, client satisfaction (NPS), profit margin per care center, RevPAR and care incident rate, and run weekly and monthly performance reviews. Pre-opening and compliance
- Work with legal and third-party advisors to obtain all required licenses and approvals, including health department, fire safety, food safety and staff licenses, so the operation is fully compliant.
- Join site selection and build-out planning, and give operational requirements for layout, care flow and safety so the space is fully utilized.
- Build the local supply chain from zero: source vendors for care supplies, food and more; set up pricing, quality and backup-supplier processes; and assess what can be sourced through our global headquarters. Team building and cross-cultural collaboration
- Act as the operating link between headquarters in China and the U.S. operations. Build a strong team, work closely with overseas field experts and local hires, and manage communication across time zones. Guest experience and brand
- Provide impeccable service to both our international and local clients, from first encounter through check-out.
- Build a survey system that not only resolves complaints and incidents but also shares regular guest insights that shape our services.
- Partner with Marketing on successfully launching Saint Bella in the U.S., and manage operational delivery with partners such as renowned hotels, private hospitals and insurance agencies. Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to majors in Hotel Management (with dispatch experience), Nursing, Business Administration or related fields.
- 3+ years of operations management or support in luxury hospitality, private healthcare, high-end postnatal care, luxury retail or a similar service business, with at least one year in overseas market operations or preparation.
- A complete, end-to-end track record of taking a new operation from preparation to launch (0 to 1), and strong familiarity with the basic framework of U.S. local operational compliance.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, to manage daily communication with team members in Asia.
- Willing and able to travel frequently within the state. Core competencies
- Systemic thinking: Ability to translate headquarters' "high standards" into actionable "first steps" for launching U.S. operations, and to identify top priorities.
- Compliance sensitivity: Sound foundational judgment on U.S. medical, nursing, food safety and labor regulations, knowing exactly when to bring in external professional or legal support.
- Cross-cultural communication: Act as a bridge between domestic and foreign teams.
- Resilience & pragmatism: Accept the reality of limited resources during the 0-to-1 phase, with a strong willingness to step up and move forward with targeted goals. Good to have
- Experience in maternal and infant care or luxury service industries in North America.
- Experience in luxury hotel pre-opening operations.
- Familiarity with local social media platforms and operations, with the ability to collaborate smoothly with marketing teams.
