Maintain strong communication with ownership and executive leadership by providing solutions, recommendations, and performance updates—not simply reporting issues. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 7+ years of Regional Manager experience overseeing an affordable multifamily portfolio. Strong hands-on experience with LIHTC and HUD programs. Demonstrated success managing affordable housing communities, with conventional multifamily experience preferred. Proven ability to improve property performance in occupancy, compliance, collections, and overall operations. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational decision-making. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Experience using property management software such as ResMan, OneSite , or similar platforms. California Real Estate License, or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
