Our first fund owns 9,500+ homes in 19 states. Operations/Product Director, Workflow & AI SFR3 is a boutique real estate investment fund managing $2B+ of affordable single-family homes. The Fund renovated distressed homes, using software-driven operations to run dozens of "tertiary" markets concurrently. Today we own 10K homes across 20 states, and will launch more homes on the same rails. You You are a "hands on" operator, having plied your trade by actually building workflows & products that drive operations
